As promised, now the Ambassador has returned and I had a chance to talk to

him, I can confirm that he was very much impressed with your service. He

said the chauffeur was very good, the car very nice and over all a good

service. I think I already informed you that they did miss their flight but

were able to catch the next one. I will keep your details in my files for

when we next need a chauffeur driven car in Melbourne.
